Booking

  1. Bookings should be made at least 3 days prior to travel date.
  2. All tickets are not refundable.
  3. The confirmation note or email is the ticket. This must be presented to our driver or our representative before traveling with Bell Travel Service.
  4. When booking a coach, the passenger must accept the designated pick up time, which will be based on the scheduled coach departure time.
  5. If your hotel is not in our drop down list, please select “Terminal” and type in your hotel’s name. Then we can arrange transportation for you if it is in our service area. Or you can also inform our staff of your destination upon arrival if it is in our service area, we will transfer you to your place. But if it is not in our service area, you agree to take local transportation to your hotel on your own expense. Or you can e-mail us to check whether your destination is in our service area by providing name, address and contact number of your hotel. We will then review and get back to you within 2 days.
  6. The coach departure times at all locations are fixed.
  7. If a passenger has missed the coach for any reasons, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact the office using the number provided on the confirmation note or e-mail. The passenger will then be offered a seat on the next available service to their destination.
  8. Pick–Up times from hotels will be given to the passenger after booking their reservation.
  9. If there are any changes to the pick up time, our staff will contact the passenger directly through the given mobile phone number (if registered in Thailand), your e-mail address or through the hotel’s reception.
  10. Hotel pick-up times are estimates, and staff may arrive a little earlier or later than the designated pick-up time based on traffic. Passengers may call our local office to check-on our van’s status.
  11. As our service is a shared transfer, we do our best to adhere to our schedule for the benefit of all our passengers. If passengers are not ready to leave the hotel at the designated pick-up time, our staff reserves the right to leave the hotel if they feel that the wait time will have an affect on the schedules of other passengers. Bell Travel Service is not responsible for any liabilities if this should occur. Late passengers are responsible for finding other transportation to the Bell Travel Service office at their own expense.
  12. If our staff cannot find you in the hotel lobby at the designated pick-up time, they will do their best to find you using the supplied hotel check-in name and room number. If they are unable to contact you, they will leave a message with the hotel reception and leave the hotel. Bell Travel Service is not responsible for any liability that may occur from this process.
  13. When making a reservation, the passenger agrees to accept Bell Travel Service’s terms and conditions.
  14. Bell Travel Service maintains the right to cancel bookings at any time if we are unable to supply the service upon requested.

Cancellation

  1. Please notify us at least 1 day prior to your traveled date of any cancellations.
  2. For passengers requesting hotel pick-up, please contact our staff at the local office if requesting a change in the pick-up time or coach departure time. Otherwise, if the hotel pick-up is missed for any reason, passengers are responsible for traveling to Bell Travel service’s office at their own expense to board the coach, and this will be subject to seat availability.

Luggage

  1. All luggage must be clearly labeled with the owner's name and destination address.
  2. Bell Travel Service advises that the following items should not be included in luggage. Please note, we will not accept any liability for damages or loss of these items:
    • Cash and/or cash equivalent;
    • Jewelry, antiques or similar valuable items;
    • Any fragile items (e.g. glassware);
    • Electrical or electronic components (e.g. laptop).
  3. Bell Travel Service handles passenger luggage with the best possible care. However, a passenger's property is carried entirely at their own risk and Bell Travel Service accepts no responsibility for loss or damages. Passengers are therefore advised to carry travel insurance to insure their property.

Others

  1. Bell Travel Service vehicles are fully insured for passengers and third party claims, as required under local law.
  2. Smoking and drinking of alcoholic beverages are not permitted while traveling on Bell Travel Service vehicles.
  3. We do not supply baby seats or child booster seats for your children.
  4. Bell Travel Service will do its best to supply all their passengers with optimal comfort and convenience while traveling to their destination. However, Bell Travel Service is not responsible for any liabilities occurring beyond its control, such as accidents causing delays to the vehicle, restricted vehicular access, exceptional or severe weather conditions, compliance with requests of the police, deaths and accidents on the road, unforeseen traffic delays, any actions by third parties, problems caused by other customers, the vehicle being held or delayed by a police officer or government official or any other circumstances that may affect passenger delays and safety.
