Will the transfer take us directly to our accommodations or will it leave us at a drop off point in the city?

We transport you directly to your accommodation, or as near as the vehicle can physically get at your drop-off location. It is our intention to provide a door-to-door service.

If our flight is delayed, will the transfer be waiting for us?

You will be transporting with the next scheduled departure time. If your flight is much delayed and you do not see our representative at the meeting point upon arrival, please contact the office as soon as possible to re-schedule your pick-up time.

What should I do if I can’t find your representative at the airport?

Call our office using the number shown on the confirmation letter or e-mail, and you will be directed to location of our representative.

When should we make our reservations for the transfer?

We recommend that you book at least 3 days prior to your travel date. We sometimes accept bookings within 24 hours over the phone depending on availability. If you are reserving in less than 24 hours, please make sure that you receive a confirmation from us prior to leaving.

However, it is highly recommended to book as early as possible, especially during high seasons.

Is there any private transfer?

Yes, we do have a service, but only on a case by case basis. We will provide the service only after we have reviewed the date and time of the passenger’s journey and the availability of our vehicles.

If we are late for the pick-up at our hotel, will your driver wait for us?

Yes, our driver will wait for you, but only if there are no other passengers waiting in the van or if he does not have other passengers to pick up from a different hotel. In this case, he will stay only as long as the wait time does not affect the coach departure time.

What should we do if a hotel that we will be staying is not in your drop down list?

  1. Select “Terminal” and then type in your hotel’s name so we can arrange transportation for you if it is in our service area. Or you can inform our staff of your destination upon arrival if it is in our service area, we will transfer you to your place. But if it is not in our service area, you agree to take local transportation to your hotel on your own expense.
  2. Passenger can also select a hotel that is close to your hotel and inform our staff upon arraival of your destination. If it is in our service area, we will transfer to your place. But if it is not in our service area, you agree to take local transportation to your hotel on your own expense.
  3. E-mail us to check whether your hotel is in our service area by providing your hotel’s name, address and contact number. Then we will review whether it is in our service area and will contact you within 48 hours.
