How to make a reservation?

Making a reservation

  1. A passenger needs to sign up and be a member then you can submit a reservation.
  2. We request you to use your e-mail address as a username and create your own password.
  3. A member system is designed for you to be able to view your submitted reservations and for us to send a confirmation via your e-mail.
  4. Each member can reserve seats for other passengers in the group by adding names of all passengers in Passenger Information box.
  5. If your hotel is not in our drop down list, please select “Terminal” and type in your hotel’s name. We, then, will review whether it is in our service area. If it is in our service area, we will arrange transportation for you. If it is not, you agree to take local transportation to your hotel on your own expense. Or you can e-mail us in advance to check whether your hotel is in our service area by providing your hotel’s name, address and contact number and we will get back to you within 2 days.
  6. Please make sure to fill out the correct e-mail address prior to submitting a reservation.
  7. For passengers needing pick-up service from a hotel, we request that you provide us with a hotel check-in name and room number, although this is optional. Please be aware that this information will only be used to ask for you at the hotel reception desk if our staff is unable to locate you in the hotel lobby.
  8. Reservations should be submitted at least 3 days prior to your travel date.
